  Money hungry! They send salesman to give me an estimate on guest bathroom - he doesn't even bring in his measuring tape! He fumbled around like it was his first job and in the end he said the owner Dennis does NOT allow for itemized estimates because they are too time consuming. Really? My bathroom is 5' x 8' and the NON-itemized, verbal estimate was $20,000.00. What a bunch of jokers!
