  Although the guy behind the counter wasn't exactly helpful, my order was accurate. I bought a few colors in the "Duration paint" line, and the matte finish is outstanding. You can wash the paint, and the color stays on the wall. However, if you get a scuff that is hard to get out, you will strip the paint if you scrub for a while using too much pressure. Other than that and the lack of customer service, I have no complaints. I recommend the Duration paint for the bathroom or any high traffic room in the house. I also used a 3/8' nap roller, because I have smooth walls. I am happy with the results.
